Baker College Car/Motorcycle Show:
Sunday, May 20, 2012:
3rdAnnual FREE Car/Truck and Motorcycle
show at Baker College Center for Transportation Technology located at the
corners of Lapeer Road and Dort Highway, just off I-69 at 1717 South Dort
Hwy., Flint, Mi.
There is NO registration fee to show your vehicles.
We will have free food tickets (one per vehicle) as well as goody bags for
the first 100 that register for the show.
There will be over 30 vendors at the show as well.
The Gearheads-Student Club-will have a 1923 on
display as their current project and other vehicles they are working on.
Take a tour of the school.
We will have a car/truck dyno running, so test your
car for a small fee and signing a waiver.
Transmission dyno will have demos as well.
We will have speakers again this year. FREE shuttle
to and from Perani Event Center to be able to come and go at the show,
runs every 15 minutes. Free parking at Perani for volunteers, some vendor
volunteers, and spectators!!
The awards for the show: top 10 Motorcycles,
top 20 Cars/Trucks, Dean's Awards for a car/truck and motorcycle,
President's Award for car/truck and motorcycle as well as Instructor's
award for car/truck and motorcycle. The specialty display vehicles will
get an award as well. We cannot forget there will be a BEST of SHOW for
car/truck as well as a motorcycle!
There will be vendors of all kinds, motorcycles,
cars, products, misc., and more. Food will be available on site for
purchase. We will have free water for all participants and free popcorn!!
Also, there will be an information table of car and motorcycle events for
everyone to have.
